How to Respond When Your Complaint is Addressed
A few weeks ago, I shared with you a story about an awful customer service issue and an awful customer experience I had. I shared this experience with our readers and tagged in the two companies that the experience was with: TMobile and Samsung. You can find those articles here and here. Being a part of a business that talks about customer experience, technology, and everything in between –I figured this was a great example of an article that would be beneficial to our readers. Did I have an end game? No, not really at all. However, people take to social media and the internet in general every day to make a complaint about a business or product. So what happens, as was the case with Samsung, when one of those companies actually reaches out and addresses your complaint? How should you respond when your complaint is addressed?

Tesla Model D Announcement and Backlash
Have you been following along with Tesla the last week or two? We took an opportunity last week: here to guess what Elon Musk had up his sleeve for the Tesla D Announcement last week. Turns out, the “D” was in fact a whole new car. On October 9th, Tesla founder and chief executive Elon Musk unveiled the dual engine chassis of the new Tesla 'D' model which is a faster and all-wheel-drive version of the Model S electric sedan at the Hawthorne Airport in Los Angeles, CA.

Thanks for Reaching Out - Samsung Follow Up
A few weeks ago, I wrote a two part article series about my user experience with both T Mobile and Samsung (Part One and Part Two).  I tagged both companies in the post and wanted to take a moment and thank Samsung for reaching out to me for help.  To be completely honest, I've spent entirely too much time on the phone dealing with this whole issue and I am not really interested in investing any more time into it.  I found a few hacks online that have worked to fix my issues with the phone for the time being.  I do truly appreciate you taking the time to reach out though.  It goes a long way to assuring this customer that you care about my experience.  If I have any future issues, I'll be sure to reach out again.  Thanks for taking the time to respond.
What to Expect from Tesla's D Announcement

Tomorrow, October 9th, Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk will be unveiling the D and something else. How do we know? Well he sent out a mysterious tweet Oct. 1 that said just that. What exactly does that mean? Well, we won’t know for sure until we hear it –but that doesn’t mean we can’t speculate! It’s widely assumed that the “D” to be unveiled is referring to the dual motors in an AWD Model S. The question remains: what else will be revealed? Also, were we correct about the dual motors? Or is the “D” something else?

Why iPhone 6 Issues will “Bend” but not Break Apple

Apple released it’s much anticipated iPhone 6 and 6 Plus a few weeks ago. The launch was incredible and set a new record for pre-orders. Sales of the phones topped 10 million sold during the phone’s launch weekend alone. Both models were extremely popular, but the iPhone 6 Plus sold out not long after pre-orders began and the shipping dates now aren’t expected for 3 to 4 weeks due to such high demand. Successful? I’d say so. Since the launch… things have been a little rocky for Apple’s newest iPhone. From #bendgate to iOS8 issues, this hasn’t actually been a smooth launch.
